Combining Micro and Macro Worlds in Dynamic Universe Model--- Explains VLBI Observations

In this new work Dynamic Universe Model capabilities are extended into micro world i.e. to Light photons and Radio wavelength photons and Neutrinos etc. By doing so a real world VLBI observations are explained. Very long baseline interferometry techniques give gravitational bending results in a wide range of values. Now Dynamic Universe Model explains reason for such variation
