Some Health tips to keep your self fit. It is better to take one meal or breakfast with totally uncooked vegetables or Fruits.  Do these everyday....

Ist Five:             Drink 5 liters of water every day

II nd Five:         Do any Exercise for minimum of 35 minutes till you get sweatting

IIIrd Five:         Do at least 5 types of Pranayama as told by any Yoga guru
                          Pranayama means Breathing Exercises.

IVth Five:         Take 5 types of Fruits every week,

Vth Five:           Take 5 types of raw Vegetables every week

Reduce Five:      Reduce the intake of  Salt, Sugar, Jagri (Gurr), Sweets, Oil, Ghee
