Dynamic Universe Model Explains the impulsive nature of Cosmic rays and Cut-off mechanisms

Abstract:

Why Cosmic rays are not continuous? Why they are intermittent? What stops them? What are the physical Mechanisms that that stop their flow? How the stoppers will activate? Where the diverted flow of Cosmic rays will go if they are diverted by some astronomical objects…. These are some of the general questions that are discussed mainly in this paper. This paper is 2^nd in the series on the explanations of properties of Cosmic rays by Dynamic Universe Model and is next to the first paper in which we formed the foundations of the Origins of Cosmic rays. In the next paper we will discuss “How these cosmic rays acquire high energy and what are the stages of development of origins Cosmic rays will be discussed in subsequent next 8 papers or so. Every paper will have its mathematical background and SITA calculation sheets and / or Subbarao path calculation sheets.
